Questions

The things families ask us first.

Do the kids need their own phones?

No. Most families run Magnet on one kitchen tablet in full-screen mode and kids tap their own tile. If they do have a phone, they get a kid account that only shows their jobs, points and rewards.

Will it replace our shared Google Calendar?

It can, but it doesn't have to. Double-door syncs two ways with Google, Apple and Outlook, so what you already use keeps working. Magnet just puts it next to everything else.

What happens to our photos and trips if we stop paying?

Nothing is deleted or held hostage. You drop back to the free Fridge plan, everything stays readable, and one click exports the lot as files you own.

Is our data used to train anything, or sold to anyone?

No. No ads, no data brokers, no ad-tech pixels, and nothing about your children is ever sold or used to train models. That is a product decision, not a pricing tier.

How long does setup actually take?

About ten minutes. Add the family, pick the magnets you want on the door, invite the grandparents. Add the rest whenever it comes up.
